The on-site cafe offered a fantastic view of the dome of the Imam Ali shrine.
I experienced significant issues with billing at checkout, as the hotel used an unfavorable conversion rate for credit card transactions leading to an unexpected surcharge.

I had soundproof brand-new room with central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV. I really enjoyed large breakfast and tasty food selection.

Reasonably clean place with really helpful and competent staff members and city views. Comfy bed in the twin room, plus a safe, a mini-bar, and a stone fireplace. Convenient unbeatable location, in the old market. And close to the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the holy shrine and the bazaar.

Comfort and Convenience Abound
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Imam Ali shrine. The breakfast variety was good, especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.
The noise from the corridors was bothersome, especially at night. The lack of daily cleaning without a request was inconvenient, and we faced issues with some appliances in the room, such as the kettle not having a proper connection.

My best decision yet!
The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Shrine of Imam Ali. I enjoyed a good breakfast buffet, though a bit more flavor would elevate it. The comfort of the family room and soundproof ambiance. Perfect for anyone looking to explore the area!

The hotel was fairly clean with great location in the Qasr AlDur office at Najaf airport and soundproof rooms. The staff were amazingly great yet not intrusive. The vibe here was quiet. Location: the property was very close to the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Shrine of Imam Ali AS. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to an Islamic cemetery.
Nothing at all.

Here's why it's a mixed review
The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. It had excellent choices, including fresh fruits and pastries. The location is convenient, being just steps from the Imam Ali Shrine.
Unfortunately, daily cleaning was only provided upon request, leading to some inconveniences . I encountered issues with room appliances, including the kettle not functioning properly.

missingWrote a review on 19 Octhigh pricespoor service
The location is convenient but considering the high price, you'd expect better dining options than a buffet where food costs $20 per person! Who doesn't offer daily room cleaning without asking? It's absurd. I woudl ve been happy if they just upgraded my room, but obviously, that was too much to ask for. Almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

missingWrote a review on 28 Septexcellent locationno luggage room
The proximity to the Holy Shrine is really good. You can step out and directly access the courtyard of the mosque.
The absence of a luggage room was inconvenient, forcing guests to leave their belongings unsecured in the lobby after check-out.

The location is perfect, just steps from the Holy Shrine. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, great to relax after our daily explorations. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings with fresh fruits and varied pastries that the kids loved.
One downside was the repetitive lunch and dinner menu, which could become boring after a few days.

I really enjoyed the spacious double room with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The hotel has great options for relaxation, like a sun terrace and a leisure room perfect for unwinding after a day out. They did have a bit of a cash-only policy during my stay, so plan ahead if you're relying on a card! 😊
